Energizing cities: The role and future of community associations
Community associations, like institutions, are an integral part of the fabric of a city, providing an essential space for social activities and programs, and acting as a theatre for grassroots citizen participation. This panel will review the role of community associations as both service provider and neighborhood planning watchdog, using case studies from across North America.
This event will be a panel (presentation and discussion with three discussants).
